Gautam Adani Topples Mukesh Ambani To Become Asia’s Richest Man

The chairman and founder of Adani Group, Gautam Adani, outshined Mukesh Ambani on Wednesday, Nov 24, 2021, to become India’s and Asia’s richest person. As compared to Ambani, who added US$14.3 billion to his wealth, Adani added US$55 billion.

It can also be seen that in the last few years, Indian Billionaire Gautam Adani’s wealth has swelled up, especially after the smashing performance of his renewable energy company, Adani Green, on Indian bourses.

Going back a year and a few months time, as of March 18, 2020, Adani’s total wealth stood at around $4.91 billion. And now, his net wealth has touched nearly $90 billion.

On the other hand, Ambani’s net wealth has taken a slight hit after Reliance Industries scrapped the deal with Aramco, a Saudi Arabian public petroleum and natural gas company based in Dhahran.

Does it look like Gautam Adani will match Elon Musk’s net worth anytime soon?

Ahmedabad based businessman Gautam Adani was born on June 24, 1962. The fiery planet Mars is in his own sign in his horoscope, which keeps his energy levels strong. There is a combination of Moon and Jupiter, which is creating Gajakesari Yoga.

Further, there is Saturn in its own sign with Ketu, which is an unfavourable combination. Also, Saturn is transiting over this conjunction, so it is advised that Adani should be a bit patient. Decisions made in haste can be harmful, but overall, time in 2022 looks good for him.

The total market capitalisation of the listed Adani Group firms is pegged at Rs 10 trillion compared to Reliance Industries’ market capitalisation of Rs 14.91 trillion, but Gautam Adani’s higher promoter holding in his listed group firms makes him richer than Mukesh Ambani.
